Level Up: Anime Workout RPG (“the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a fitness and gamification app designed to help users stay motivated through RPG-style leveling, badges, and quests.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how data may be collected, used, and protected when you use the App.
The App does not require an account to function and does not ask you to submit personally identifying information to us. However, the following data may be collected automatically on-device or through third-party services:
Your XP progress, stats, streaks, goals, and preferences are stored only on your device using Android’s SharedPreferences (and related local storage where applicable).
We may use Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, or similar tools to understand general app usage and stability (for example: feature popularity, crash reports, basic diagnostics). This data is typically collected in a pseudonymous form and helps improve app performance and user experience.
The App may use Google AdMob to show ads. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

If you subscribe to Level Up Pro, payments are handled securely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store credit card or payment information.
Transaction records are managed by Google and subject to their policies.
The App may schedule local notifications (reminders) on your device.
These notifications do not require an account and do not involve our own servers.

Gameplay data is stored locally on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the App (or using any in-app reset options if provided). Analytics and advertising-related data are retained according to Google’s standard policies.
If you reinstall the App, your progress will not automatically restore unless you back up and restore your device data.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
