Level Up: Anime Workout RPG (“the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a gamified activity app that uses RPG-style leveling, badges, and quests for entertainment and engagement.

Your XP progress, stats, streaks, goals, and preferences are stored only on your device using Android’s SharedPreferences (and related local storage where applicable).

If you subscribe to Level Up Pro, payments are handled securely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store credit card or payment information.

The App may schedule local notifications (reminders) on your device.
These notifications do not require an account and do not involve our own servers.
The App does not require a user account and does not collect personal diagnostics directly. However, as with most Android apps, Google Play and related Google services may collect aggregated diagnostic and performance data (such as crash reports, ANRs, or installation statistics) to help monitor app quality and stability.
This information is processed under Google’s privacy policies and is generally provided to developers in aggregated or anonymized form.

Gameplay data is stored locally on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the App (or using any in-app reset options if provided).
Advertising and diagnostic data are retained according to Google’s standard policies and cannot be individually accessed or deleted by us. If you reinstall the App, your progress will not automatically restore unless you back up and restore your device data.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
